General Terms
Due to the nature of our cubes made out of recycled granulate (hereinafter “Re-cubes”) and that the Re-cubes are fully handcrafted, all pictures on this website are an indication of what your Re-cube is going to look like.
No Re-cube looks the same, each one is unique, but it is also possible that as a result of the above, your Re-cube looks a bit different than what you expected. That is possible and you fully and joyfully accept that limitation in the production as a happy surprise.

Warranty Re-cubes
Our Re-cube is handcrafted out of recycled PE or PP granulate. This means that, since we use only recycled materials, which we did not make ourselves nor that it is virgin material, we cannot guarantee or warrant that the Re-cube is flawless and/or does not contain minor imperfections and/or does not break into pieces under great pressure. Moreover be advised that the Re-cubes should not be used by adults heavier than 85KG. Re-cubes can break and crack. We however are committed to make the best Re-cubes we can, but unfortunately can not guarantee its quality in full, since we are depended on the recycled materials and can not therefore assure full quality control.
We promise that we make the best Re-cubes possible, within the abovementioned limitations.

Although we work very hard for you to deliver your Re-cube within a reasonable time, it is possible that we, as a result of production issues etc., run late. We do our best to meet the delivery schedules we sent you when you ordered, but can’t guarantee those schedules. We will however, should we not meet the delivery schedules, inform you beforehand.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Re-cubes – contact us for the address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
